The Ravens, coming off of their bye week, host the Miami Dolphins in a key AFC Conference match-up. This is the 10th meeting between the two teams. Including the playoffs, Miami holds a 5-4 lead in the series.

The last time the Ravens faced the Dolphins was in Miami for the AFC Wildcard game on January 4th, 2009.  That day saw the Ravens defense force five turnovers, which included an Ed Reed interception returned 64 yards for a touchdown which led to a 27-9 win for Baltimore.

Something has to give in this game since the Dolphins are one of only two remaining teams in the league without a road loss and the Ravens are still perfect at home.

The Ravens have thrived after the bye week in recent history.  They are 8-2 in their last 10 games and have not lost a home game after a bye week since 2001.  Under Coach John Harbaugh the Ravens are 2-0 coming off the bye.

Below you will find player and team stats comparisons. Check back here each week for the BTN Game Day Primer.
