BTN takes a different slant on the game day primer this week. Instead of comparing stats for the overall season, this week it compares the stats for the two prior meetings this year to see just how closely these two rivals have played each other. The player stats cover starters and players who had an impact on the games. The team stats include two game totals and averages were applicable.

The Ravens bring an all –time playoff record of 9-5 into Pittsburgh to face the Steelers in the AFC Divisional round game.  The Ravens have never beaten Pittsburgh in the playoffs, losing in the Divisional round in 2002, 27-10, and again in the AFC Championship in 2009, 23-14. The last win vs. the Steelers with Ben Roethlisberger at QB was on 12/24/2006 when the Ravens won 31-7 at Pittsburgh.
