As Cheri stated: "For the rivalries, I don’t know about Tennessee. .... you could make the same case for Jacksonville when they were in our division and they were good." Both of our former ASFC Central rivals either make the list, or both don't (I say that they don't). Also: no way that the 49rs make the rivalry list. Not even close! 3 regular season games + one Super bowl doesn't cut it! The 49rs are no more of a rival than our other Super Bowl conquest: the Giants. Steelers and Redskins are the only true rivals. Patriots, a little, but not more the Ohio division rivals. Colts, not so much as Mayflower memories fade.

Please don't give me a link where I have to register or log on to see, thank you. (The Baltimore Sun link required it, so I closed the window and left)

For the rivalries, I don't know about Tennessee. Yes, maybe when they use to be good and they were in our division you could make a case for them for sure but you could make the same case for Jacksonville when they were in our division and they were good.Matter of fact, you can say we as Baltimore disliked Jacksonville and Carolina quite a bit just from the standpoint that when you watched them you would say to yourself they they should had been our expansion team. Now that Tenn, Jack, are never any good and we are now 20 years remove from that NFL expansion era I no longer see it that way.Especially since the Ravens have been so much a better organization then those two teams. As far as the Patriots I actually in a strange twisted way like the Pats and find myself pulling for them a lot of times as long as they are not playing the Ravens but that's just me. For me not so much from a rivalry standpoint but from a standpoint that I just don't like them one bit for me it would be Steelers, Redskins, Colts, and the Cowboys would be the main four.

Well, the rivalries were supposed to be for past and present, so from that standpoint, I think the Titans belong. Could easily make a case for Jacksonville, as well. Even with the Harbaugh brothers, I don't really see much of a rivalry with the 49ers.
