YAY we wasted a draft pick of a practice squad QB... good grief total waste of a pick

I am happy we were able to retain Simon, Wenning and Jensen for further developing. I thought there was a good chance Somon would get claimed. Coaches love guys who work hard and Simon will at least give you that.

We got very lucky......it's like we only had to cut down to a 61 or 62 man roster. Our depth situation just got better.

That's a really good- looking practice squad. Surprised that john Simon made it through waivers, but glad the Ravens can develop him further.. Can't wait for this season to start.

Why is the pick of Wenning a waste? The Ravens get to work with him now at a reduced price.

Flacco is at least 7 years from retirement no need to groom a QB and we already have a backup. The team would have been better served with trying to find a player in the draft to compete for a roster spot than to throw away a pick on a PS player we could have gotten as an UDFA

Flacco is what 29? No where near to think we need to replace him, and we have a backup QB already.... not to mention we could have found a UDFA to put on the PS. Absolutely no need, why get a developmental QB when your current QB is going to be playing for another 7 years?
