Lardarius Webb passes conditioning test, cleared to go off Ravens non-football injury list, sources say
Lardarius Webb failed his conditioning test yesterday, which raised our concern here at RSR. Today, according to Aaron Wilson’s sources, Lardarius Webb’s short stint on the PUP list is over. While this is good news, it doesn’t alleviate my concerns. In order for the secondary to improve, Webb will need to have a much better 2015 season than 2014 season. We’ll see how he looks throughout camp.
Ron Jaworski Ranks the Ravens QB
Joe Flacco ranks as the 10th best quarterback in Ron Jaworski‘s rankings. Here is the list ahead of him:
So the list ahead of him includes Aaron Rodgers, Andrew Luck, Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Phillip Rivers, Ben Roethlisberger, Tony Romo, and Russell Wilson. I’d consider all of those fair. There may be a few that you could argue Flacco is better than, but for the most part, as he almost always is, Jaws is right-on. LINK
These three Ravens are rated very highly by Madden 16
When I play Madden against a random online opponent, I almost always use the Ravens. It’s not just because they’re my team; it’s also because I like everything about using them. The defense has always been solid. Even when Ed and Ray were declining, their reputations were as such that nothing happened to them on Madden. This year, it seems like they might be even better. Marshal Yanda is the highest rated offensive lineman in the league, Terrell Suggs is the third rated OLB, and Daryl Smith is the fifth-rated MLB. Peter Haily of CSN Baltimore explains in more detail which attributes those players have most highly-rated. LINK
