Three things in life are inevitable, death, taxes and Fred chanting "What time is it", the morning before a Ravens game!

I will wear a purple shirt tonight, but unfortunately will miss out because I doubt the game will be broadcast in Tucson. Hopefully, I correctly programmed the DVR thingy at home!

Oh wait, I know...I'll go to the local supermarket and gently pinch the first bosomy woman I see in the produce section. Yup, a gentle, but authoratative pich on the left tit. I will simultaneously scream in Turkish, "GO RAVENS!" This way, I'm sure to have a nice purple bruise.

No one could possibly take offense at that, right? ...right?

It's Casual Friday so I'm wearing my purple and black Ravens polo. Always enjoy tormenting the Foreskin fans here in DC on casual days.

Another important cricket game for my club tomorrow so this will be the third straight pre-season game missed for me. Here's hoping for more positives on offense, more positives on defense and an injury free night for the Purple and Black.

I'm wearing my black Ravens polo, and I just got delivered my new authentic McNair away jersey. Woo hoo!

Anyone going to watch this in a bar tonight? I'll be watching in Max's (Fell's Point) should anyone be in the area. I'll be the tall drunk one in the McNair jersey.

Fells - I'm watching the first half from home, but should be going to the Wharf Rat for the second half if you wanted to stop down for an English pint.

65" of Ravens beating down the Vikings for me tonight. Ready to go with beer in the fridge, my son in my lap with his little 2T Ravens gear on, and my Black #20 Jersey.

Fred, it just isn't gameday without you man!

I'm relegated to listening to it on the radio over the Internet, but I'll still watch it tomorrow morning.

Has anyone started the pre-game activities yet?

Crabcakes and beer, what a better way to enjoy some road-game football? Other than being there, of course.

I can't remember - did we win any of the road preseason games last year? I think we played Atlanta and NO on the road and I know we lost to the Falcons but can't remember what happened with the Saints.

We beat the Saints if I remember correctly. I do remember Chester breaking a run for 50+ yards and a TD with, like, the second play of the game.

Losac - I didn't think the Wharf Rat HAD TV's! I may wander along there later for a pint of Oliver's Pale Ale.

Not to worry non-TV watchers. I'll have your back with video clips.

I can't do much of the gamethread tonight, so hopefully Sephy will do it here for us.

They have one TV, right by the main bar and over the bathrooms. The Ravens game should definitely be on. I'll look for the McNair jersey and will stop over to say hello if I see you. Gotta love those Oliver ales!

Also with the Saints game IIRC, that was the weekend Hurricane Katrina hit. The game was on a Friday and the storm hit on Sunday. It was weird seeing all of the carnage in the Superdome and remembering watching my Ravens playing there just days before.

Sixty minutes of injury free football, I'm happy.
