Sometimes we take this special athlete for granted. This video reminds us all of what we've been fortunate enough to witness for 15 years.
Happy Birthday Ray!

Great vid :thumbup:That video of that interview shows how he has put this D on his soldier for those 15 years. I love that we have had this guy for his entire career in these days and time of FA. I think that it sets Baltimore as a football town apart from alot of other organizations in the NFL when we can keep our icon. One question though. Would anyone be opposed to me using "I'm a machine jerk" as my sig ?

I've seen that clip tons of times and wondered every time if he's actually saying "I'm a machine, jerk." I guess he is.
"that's what I try to install in my men" kills me every time too.
As much as I love Ray, you have to admit that he is one of the most unintentionally hilarious interviewees/public speakers of all time. From the weird metaphysical tangents he drops during interviews ("it's hard being men who sees visions") to the grandiosity of some of his comments, he's always compelling, and often very, very funny.
Though odd, his sharply individualistic use of language is part of what allows Lewis to move his team to action -- he sells his teammates not stock lines, but something ethereal and mysteriously spiritual. I'm not sure anyone else in the NFL -- player or coach -- has that talent.

Beat you to it! :D I couldn't resist!
