All this talk about McClain, Vickers, Leach, etc. - why not just sign this kid? Instead of tying up millions against the cap, get Hynoski on the cheap and let him be the roadgrader in front of Rice and the others for years to come. He's a heckuva football player, and you know with 100% certainty he won't be worried about carries.

I really wanted him to come here...even as a late-round draft pick.

Yea...that is weird.
Madison Hedgecock is one of the best blocking FB's in the league as far as I'm concerned. I'd rank him right up there with Vonta Leach.
Maybe Hynoski will end up available in a couple of weeks and the Ravens will get another shot at him
