I'm not watching (in theory, I'm being constructive here at the computer), but I see from the ticker that they're going into the half with the Colts up, 13-10.

WTF???

WTF???

2 sacks fumbles. one by Freeney returned for TD, One by Mathis, and Big Ben throw a pick that led to a FG

Wow. Maybe the Steelers OL really is old and slow. I'm not watching it either, but I may turn the second half on.

Started watching just in time to catch the sack fumbles and INT. It'd be hilarious if they actually lost to the Colts.

Not old. Oldest guy is 28 (Kemoeatu). They have a rookie at RT, a 2nd year guy at center, and a couple other guys who are in their mid-20s rounding out the group.

They're just not very good. At least not at the tackle spots.

If the Colts had any offense this would be a total beatdown. The script to beat Ben has been well-written now. Rattle him a little and he coughs up the ball.

Believe it or not, the Colts offense has actually missed some opportunities. They have had to settle for two redzone TDs. Pierre Garcon has dropped a pass that could have went for a large gain. Pittsburgh's defense is playing tough though.

I'm watching the game now. Steelers are on the move. They may at least be in position to tie this up.

KABONG!!!! ROFL! Good kick there!

At least Cundiff missed 51 yarders. That was a chip shot!

Yea, just like last year when we broke his nose. I don't think it's quite that simple. :)

Nice missed FG though!

That was quite a hit Ben took there.

Looks like it may be Curtis Painter time.

We didn't have any offense last year. That was sort of my whole point...

I get that, but beating Ben isn't as simple as shaking him up a bit. As much as I dislike him, he's one of the toughest players in the NFL.

Also, I think our offense last year was much more competent than the Colts w/o manning this year.

Wow. You just can't put into words what a different team this looks like without Peyton Manning. Garcon was headed for another state if that ball was thrown right. Curtis Painter just hurled it and it was a bad looking throw at that.

Wow Curtis Painter is bad.

Yea, not sure how they win this without another big defensive play.

Painter is truly horrible. Just awful. He didn't even move on that play. Just stood there gripping the ball.

Did you notice, hairball was trying to showboat. He picked it up, ran it to the goal line, then turned inward, looked around, and looked like he wanted to do something on the TD.

Disgusting. Also how they immediately started jacking off comparing it to his play against us last year.

Ruh roh. The Colts are making this a little interesting.

The Colts need a big big stop here. You figure the Steelers only need to make it to about the 35ish for a shot.

Unfortunately this is when Ben usually shines. He just needs to make sure he doesn't do it too quickly with Curtis Painter sitting on the opposite sideline.

That is the SECOND false start the refs have not called on the Steelers since I turned the game on.

Different year, different opponent, same old Steelers winning at the last minute.

Damn it. This Colts D looked incredible for 55 minutes. Now they look ridiculously awful.

Well, I had this as a Steeler win anyway. So this isn't a surprise. I just wish we had beaten the Titans now in case we need Conference wins on a tie breaker.

these line problems are going to bite the Steelers in the ass sooner or later. Big ben is going to take a hit that puts him out and they will be done...

yeah, that was pretty pitiful from Painter.

Scott left with a leg injury, couldn't put much weight on it. I'm betting he's probably done for the year. Their OL was already bad, by the time they see us again, they might be better off putting 5 extra WRs out there and just telling Ben to run around a lot. Steelers OL get voted off the island quicker than Survivor contestants.

I'm not discounting the steelers.
It was still a win.

Home teams usually get a little juice on those Sunday and Monday night games.
The Steelers prepped for Collins, and got Curtis Painter who had a whole training camp to mesh with those guys...

He looked crappy to start but gave them a good spark at the end. It will be interesting to see how painter does int he next coupel weeks with Collins out.

Pittsburgh's running game is what they really needed to make this a more decisive victory. I was actually more surprised that they could not run the ball better. Then again, under Bruce Arians, the Steelers tend to get in these modes where they just want to sling it. I understand that passing is a trend, but there are still times when running the ball can be effective. Someone sets the trend and someone breaks the trend.

Anyone hear anything more about Scott's injury? I heard it was his ankle. Is it a high ankle sprain or something else? Also, any word on the shoulder injuries to Gilbert and Legursky? I saw that Gilbert came back into the game out of necessity.
