Does anyone have any notes/updates/reports out of McDaniel, on how the final practice went?

The annual hazing of the rookies took place today. Good stuff.

Great article! I think the only negative thing was that Clayton's hammy tightened up a little bit.
Does anyone think its funny that they didn't try to mess with Ngata hazing wise. I guess when you are that big and athletic it makes it difficult.

Mark Clayton, who had his hamstring tighten up slightly during practice, finished out the day on the field.
Not good. Clayton needs to keep his legs fresh, and stretched out. He also can't push himself now, it's only the pre-season.

A young couple, attending camp with their two small children—ages three and five—wanted a family photo with Clayton, but knew he was tired, hot and hungry.
When the mother made her request, Clayton agreed, and picked up one of the children so the family would have a nice photo of the children with Clayton. It was a perfect photograph that will hold great memories not only for the parents, but the children as well.
Man, the more I hear about Clayton the happier I am he is a Raven!

plus, think of what would happen to them if they injured him! They wouldn't even get the word oops out of their mouth before they were cut.
Didn't Clayton get hazing last year because of his holdout. SOMEONE did something to him, I just can't remember what...

Me too. I only have one complaint when it comes to Clayton and I just discovered it the other day In the multimedia section of Baltimoreravens.com they have a video of visiting Mark's childhood house in Texas. What killed me is that they showed a shoebox filled with letters of other schools that accepted/wanted him. And what school is featured prominently on top:
Tulane!
Its a shame Mark didn't go, he would have torn it up in a weak conference and JP Losman throwing him the ball. National titles are over-rated. Plus there is a decent chance I would have known him, a bunch of football players like Mewelde Moore (who is a cool guy) lived right next to me and JP (who is not a cool guy) dated a friend of mine.

Didn't Anthony Wright and Kyle Boller dump a cooler full of water on him while he was doing an iterview with Sage Steele?

That was Boller, and Marques Ogden I believe.

Here is an article from last night:
PRUDE SPEEDING UP THE DEPTH CHART
It’s an extremely positive sign when an NFL head coach knows an undrafted rookie free agent by name. It’s even more noteworthy for the prospect’s burgeoning status when he’s continually praised and rewarded with playing time. For Baltimore Ravens rookie cornerback Ronnie Prude, it's just two more reminders of his strong bid to make the football team.
