Those of you re-watching the game ending plays on DVR (I'm not) - should there have been a flag for illegal contact on Pitta (I think it was) on third down?

That was a bad no call. The defender had a handful of jersey. The Lee Evans play was correct though.

Why are you torturing yourself? It's over. You can make a case for a flag on every play, can you?

I don't have to re-watch it. I was yelling at the TV at the time "Why was that not defensive holding?" It was a terrible no-call.

It looked bad, but Joe was outside the pocket so it may be legal to mug there.

On the other hand, Vernon Davis is a beast who can not be covered by mere mortals. We need a guy like that. Maybe a big fast Wr but some better redzone passing targets would be nice.

They actually let them play quite a bit today. Saw a lot of post play shoving with no flags.

Home field advantage won the game for the pats, it sure wasn't on the passing of the great brady. Would have like to see T Smith make that catch on the long pass by Flacco.
