I love all the new "interest" in the team.
It's nice to see all the new faces who are posting today. It really brightens the place up.

You think that Tony secretly wishes for losses because it ups his traffic

Re: I love all the new "interest" in the team.
It's been a while between losses. That's when they show up to declare:
We'll go 9-7.
Flacco sucks.
Flacco is mediocre
Can needs to be fired (agree with this though)
Dean Pees needs to be fired.
Why does Ozzie get a free pass?
When is Ozzie going to wake up and make some moves?
You know the usual nonsense. They'll go away after we stomp the skins

"It's like a rerun ... Everybody knows how this story ends, with us and the Steelers. It's about time we changed it, and give people something new. Right now, it's kind of like we pride ourselves on being a bully, but they're the ones that keep knocking us out of the playoffs. So they're the bully. One day you just got to say '[screw] it' and punch the bully totally in his mouth. Then they won't bully you any more." T-Sizzle

Re: I love all the new "interest" in the team.
You forgot the infamous "Steve Bisciotti will not get another dime from me" thread from last night.
Who needs rival idiot fans when we have our own?
I think I'm a pretty tolerant person, but the massive flooding of ignorant, WAY over the top negative postings after each loss is starting to get to be too much.
Those posters completely disappear after each of our 9 wins...offering nothing when we are winning, but after each of the 3 losses they come out with the predictable "we won't win another game" BS.Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

Re: I love all the new "interest" in the team.
I find it hilarious that you only hear from Steeler fans when they win...they crawl back to their holes when they lose. On another note, there is alot of negativity on this board and I have found myself being pulled into it and being negative myself...this is not who I am so all the negativity definitely fuels more negativity and it has become a vicious cycle here. We have to find some positives to share.

Ravens vs. Steelers: Cam Cameron Must Be on Hot Seat After Pathetic Play-Calling
With 1:52 left in the third quarter, the two-time Pro Bowl halfback ran off the right end for 10 yards. That was the last time he touched the football.
Hmmmm someone gets IT!

I am the model of consistantcy. I blame Harbaugh! We won't win a championship with him. I say this if we win or lose, but losing to Batch!?!?

I even seen that someone posted this morning that he was glad the Ravens lost so that he could tell us all that they are a bunch of pretenders lmao

Re: I love all the new "interest" in the team.
Actually more interested in what the Orioles do in the Winter Meetings than football. Really won't miss the Ravens once season is over. Been a season ticket holder since day 1, kind of like an old stale relationship. Just dont get up for games anymore, more habit than anything and what else you going to do on Sundays like I have been doing for 35 years. Baseball has new life an intrigue in Baltimore than the Ravens do. The Oriole game postseason crowd was 10x louder than yesterdays Steeler/Raven game with 25K less people. I miss baseball season.
Glad the Orioles have turned the corner and have a GOOD manager, prospects and shrewd GM, more promise there.
