    You are saying Flacco reminds you of Jim Everett? That is a huge stretch.
    Flacco already has 53 wins and 14 game winning drives in his 4.75 years in the league. Jim Everett had 64 wins and 15 game winning drives his entire 12 year career. Everett had 1 playoff win his whole career too. Joe already has 5. The only comparison between the 2 is, they are white males, right handed, play(ed) QB, and are both tall.

    Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.
