Not sure. It's already registered with the ATF so I don't think I'd have to re-register. My HK has a 9" barrel so its a Short Barreled Rifle (or SBR) and I have a suppressor on order. I had to register for an FFL as a gun manufacturer since I was / am assembling various AR parts to make it into one weapon system.

More chilling in that bill is the provision that goes after handguns.

And you're correct, this bill is not going anywhere. It doesn't have a chance in the House and it's even doubtful it will make it it's way out of the Senate.

Yup. So stupid to go after something because the number of rounds it will hold. You can change a magazine in seconds, just another feel good move that will have no affect.
