I suspect they'll wait until after the bowl game but CK in the league will be fun to watch.

He'd be a great DC candidate, but I doubt he would come here. I wouldn't be surprised if he got another HC gig, in fact...I wouldn't be surprised if the Bears kept him around for 1 more season. I don't think he's that bad of a coach. The Bear's biggest problem has been their offensive line. If they fixed their OL, then a lot of other issues would fix themselves.

    ...sounds familiar, huh?

Chip Kelly to the Eagles makes some sense. However, don't rule out Chip Kelly to a team like Carolina, Buffalo, or Kansas City. The biggest component of Chip Kelly's offense is a QB who can run. The Eagles have Nick Foles...he is more Joe Flacco than RGIII. If Chip Kelly goes to a team like Carolina then he has Cam Newton to work with or if he goes to Buffalo/KC/ or Arizona then he may have a much better opportunity to take a QB of his choice.

Apparently Bill O'Brien's name could pop up on the radar for some teams looking for a HC.

Chris Ault leaving Nevada might mean he is interested in moving up to be a coordinator or something in the NFL.

As expected: Shurmur and Heckert fired this morning. Romeo Crennell Fired (but not Scott Pioli??). Mike Tannebaum fired (but not Rex??)

So, the Jets are looking for a GM...since Rex has connections with Baltimore, anyone think that Eric DeCosta could be on their radar?

I thought there was something in his contract that he couldn't go for a GM job?

Not that I remember...maybe. I remember Bisciotti saying that he would make it impossible for DeCosta to leave...i.e. pay him a shit ton of money to stay and eventually succeed Ozzie as the GM.

Judging by our recent drafts our entire FO is a little overrated. They are like some of the players on our defense, living off of past success.

Rex won the war. He's so close with the owner that it makes sense.

The rumor is that if Pioli is fired by the Chiefs the Jets will be very interested.

Greg Knap to be fired. He should be in the mix for OC consideration. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...red-this-week/
