It is becoming obvious they had no interest in playing this game. While the Colts look like they want to beat Houston.

As a coach, as a leader, you MUST demonstrate a constant commitment to winning. For the coaches to put their feet up this week demonstrates to the players that you don't always need to win and sometimes it's okay to lose.
