    Boldin says "We'll win"

Not quite a guarantee but I like his confidence. I just hope the Ravens are not too amped. They need to play with poise and composure this Sunday.

Well, he said Denver would be different, so who are we not to agree with him how? ;-) You go Q.

I like his approach to this and the Denver game. Even though he said "we'll win", I like the line "we'll make it different". It's not "we're angry" or "we're going to blow them up", it's "we remember" and it's like a quiet and focused confidence

Don't worry, this is not only a veteran team, but the youngsters (Upshaw, KO, Pierce, and [perhaps especially] Tucker) have been through a tough season and a double overtime road victory. I really believe that this is the team the Patriots did not want to see in the AFCCG. I believe the Ravens will play with composure, spirit, and confidence... Bc

The Pats are going to be so worried about the deep ball that they're going to single Boldin. He's going to have one of those huge games again where he just dominates the defense. Can't wait to see it.

Sounds eerily similar to another Super Bowl winning team about a dozen years ago!

    Boldin - NOW OR NEVER!

    http://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/...f-87b91a6cc4fe

“This time around I feel like I have unfinished business,” Boldin said. “It’s good to be back. Most guys don’t even get a chance to go once. I’m going for a second time, so it’s definitely a blessing for me.”

His only other trip to the Super Bowl came in 2009 with the Arizona Cardinals. He came up short that time, as the Cardinals lost, 27-23, to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The biggest memory that he took from that game was the pain of walking off the field as the confetti fell on the opposition. It’s a feeling he doesn’t want to endure again, and he has stressed that to his teammates.

“Whoever loses is forgotten about immediately,” Boldin said. “They’re going to get ushered to the side of the field, escorted to the locker room while the winning team celebrates. You don’t want to go in that locker room as a loser. You’re going to have a sick feeling. You’re not going to want to watch football. You’re not going to want to think about football. The only thing you’re going to want to think about is what I could have done different in that game to change the outcome. You don’t want to be that team. You never know when you’re going to get back.”

I love Anquan, but he is a bit wrong saying the losing team is forgotten about immediately. I think of many losers in recent memory that actually get as much publicity than the winners (Patriots, Bills), but he is one of those players I trust the most on this team. When he says he's gonna be on a winning team, I believe him.

Either way, that little chip on his shoulder from the Cardinals game will definitely bring him back. He was the underdog then, and he is now. He's a true warrior.

The Bills is a bad example to use here. Fair or not, they will forever be remembered as losers. Yeah, they get mentioned allot, but in a bad context. Not how you want to be remembered.

By the way, welcome to the board.

Turns out the Bat Man was right.
"When questioned, the Elders explained that they were in search of magical powers. However, they're actually searching for the whereabouts of a certain ring. This ring is a legendary treasure that long ago was known to exist"

Re: Boldin - NOW OR NEVER!

Boldin has gone into beast mode in the playoffs, 16 rec/276yds/3td equates to about 85 rec/1472yds/16 td extrapolated for . Pretty amazing numbers.
