Ever since the overtime of Denver, Caldwell has been calling sooo conservatively. Jeez.

Way to waste a possession. Be aggressive, can't play scared. Each possession is worth gold in this game.

Looks like we picked up from the 4th quarter last week.
Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

That was a bad series, bad playcalling. Not a fan of a three TE set when Rice runs best from a spread formation...

Well that's probably WHY he didn't. He made no effort to catch it because he didn't want to get blown up. But I don't like it. If you're going to pay scared, don't play at all. His half ass effort involved tipping the ball, which could have led to an interception.

Um....Harbs and Caldwell...let's shock and awe them a bt before we go hey diddle diddle up the middle. Throw a wrinkle or two in there..that would make Belichek and company have something to worry about.
