Re: Watching the redskins film..
on the one hand, yes, it was yikes. I recall someone pointing out that Bynes, who just 1-2 weeks earlier was on the P Sq, was going to be wearing the headset on D for that game.
On the other hand, we might need to be cautious here. One thing about bynes and mcclellan...they are faster than Ray is..

Wasn't Pollard out as well?

Also, if that clown Johnson knew how to cover NO TD, plus. Ravens knew the 2point play, but didnt call TO for QB draw. Ray would have known that was coming, Bynes, McClellan not so smart.

ironically, that loss got Cameron fired and put the Ravens in the SB!

Re: Watching the redskins film..
not sure at what point to worry, but Ellerbe hasn't practiced in 3 straight days...
Our ILBs would be...Ray Lewis and BA/Bynes/McClellan...
so, back to saying yikes?.

Re: Watching the redskins film..
He is fine, didnt get hurt vs NE. Maybe just needs some days off. He has never been a starter this long into a season in his career, he may need some rest more than others. Not concerned. Some players need a bye and some dont depending on workload and how often they have been used in their career. This is the most Ellerbe has ever played and alot of snaps past 3 games in short time period.

Re: Watching the redskins film..
we had Chris freakin' Johnson playing corner at the end of that game, in fact he was a big reason for the loss. There were just too many injuries on D

Everyone is talkin' Ray.

Kruger has a lot of speed, he might make things interesting too. Also that track and warmer weather is going to help Suggs out a lot.Way Down South in New Orleans

Suggs didn't play that game either. Ngata says he's much, much healthier than he was during that part of the season, what with getting 2 weeks off out of the last 5. His play reflects that as well. He's been a disruptive force in the middle in the playoffs.

Re: Watching the redskins film..
Funny, im pretty sure these were all things pointed out at the time but didnt stop the "sky is falling" mentality. Now that were in the superbowl people will recognize just how banged up the team was at the time.
