I've been reading a lot of articles this past week about Flacco and his youth and with interviews involving his high school and college coaches, his teachers, and family and friends. Fascinating stuff. He is an inspiring figure. Wonder why it took this long for the backstory to be told by the media.

Holy shit hit the flag on the uprights from the 50 yard line? In 12th grade? Wow. Flacco is able to throw the football 80 yards.

Great, Great read!
That's the one thing I'm looking forward too with all the media coverage, all these stories you wouldn't otherwise read about if not for the extra coverage of the Super Bowl.

Flacco's just a natural talent. He's not particularly built, he just had the strength and the natural movement to throw the ball like no other. Real great story, there.

I remember a big guy here that used to play shortstop. I don't think he was known for being a gym rat, but be was strong as an Ox. He turned out okay.

I dunno man; Kyle can throw kneeling. Boller > Elite; Flacco = not.

In all honesty; awesome story. Love that Joe is getting some props. Let's hope for a good game for him and bring home that Lombardi.
