I am going to wait until the full story gets told.
Something about the report sounds...off. Like either it's a joke, or someone trying to spin up crap..

I had a feeling something like this would come out.
Good thing it is his last game.

Saw this coming, it's was only a matter of time.

Re: Oh, geez, here it comes (dread)...
Perfectly timed for media day.
Apparently the guy recorded a phone call with Lewis, I think that would be a crime in MD, but not every state.

I've actually heard of this treatment.
I have no idea how effective it is or anything though. When it comes to quarterbacks, don't pay attention to stats; pay attention to guys who make crucial plays at crucial times. -Gil Brandt

Any way you slice it....this doesn't sound good at all.
It's going to hang over Ray and the team for this entire week.
And frankly, so many people have wanted to believe Ray was on something that this will be a big black mark on the ending of his career whether this is true or not.
Very disappointing IMHO....very.Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

As if God and the Harbaugh brothers weren't enough. Even if it had a shred of credibility, the NFL isn't going to do squat at this stage. Might as well go after Brett Favre while we are at it....

Re: Oh, geez, here it comes (dread)...
The NFL has some of the biggest freaks of nature and no one really questions it.
It raises suspicion when you recover much faster from an injury that "should" take longer, but with modern medicine/surgery improving every day, traditional recovery times may be outdated.
Look at Adrian Peterson. And Suggs. Even Peyton - his career was possibly over, and he puts up MVP numbers.
I'll bet Suggs somehow ends up being implicated too. Just because that's how these stories seem to develop.

If nothing else it will be a needless distraction this week.
