  1. First Offensive Play for the Ravens in the SB?

Play action and Flacco connects on a deep ball to Torrey for 50 yards

Same first play they started the season with against Cincy at the Vault.

Would be nice, but I suspect Hey Diddle Diddle instead.

Yes, more than likely. But hoping they take a page out of Walsh/Holmgren's SB playbook and go for a, 'game changing' play from the beginning to set the tone.

I think the play action on the first play is a bit too predictable. I think you need to think outside the box...start off with a screen maybe.

Oh hell yeah! I say run the read option and hopefully the read is for Joe to keep the ball and he runs right for a freaking 76 yard touchdown.

The game would be over right then and there as everyone everywhere would be in shock. The 49ers would be unable to recover.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Joe did pitch the ball once earlier this year on a play to the left. Somebody pinch me.

It was against the Giants (Caldwell's 2nd game as OC) in our first drive, Flacco ran the option and pitched it to Rice for a 1st down.

Run up the middle on first and ten. No one will see it coming.

We will get great field position, after Jacoby returns the ball to the 50 yard line. Then on first down we go for a 67 yarder and Tucker nails it. Just to let them know that it's going to be a super record-breaking day.

Then we will do an onside kick, and recover. And it will be such a good inside kick that the 49ers had no chance to recover it.

Then a fake field goal on first down. 40 yard touchdown pass from Tucker to Koch.

The 49ers will get the ball first. Ed Reed will intercept and return for 20 yards and as he is being brought down by three 49ers, he laterals the ball to Ray Lewis and he breaks 4 tackles and fights his way 30 yards for the TD.

When the 49ers get the chance to punt, Jacoby will return it for a TD.

By the time Joe sees the ball, we will already be up 14-0.

The first offensive play will be a Joe Torrey bomb for 90 yards. 21-0 in the 1st qtr.

Unless the Rapture comes and ALL 11 SF defenders are believers, there is no way Joe goes 30 yards, let alone 76.....lol.

Not a bad idea but depending on where you are --especially if it's deep in our own territory you don't want to risk a Jack Squirek (sp?) situation. Talk about a game changer in the worse way. I say a typical Ray run for about 4. Start off slow and (hopefully) pick up steam.
