    I believe the rule of thumb is wait 9 weeks before announcing because of miscarriage opportunity is great.

    Also the risk goes down for second kids I believe.

    Either way, last night wasn't the reveal, I remember reading about it here before the Super Bowl.

    Speaking from experience, no announcing before the first 12 weeks when the risk is the highest. I made that mistake and it's painful to have to announce a miscarriage after telling the world.
