The Rangers are a ice hockey team, but I agree soccer is just a bunch of p*ssies that flop every time someone gets too close to them.

Outside of North America everyone else is thinking the same thing. Here a goalie is most likely wearing skates.

What's important is that Ed Reed is awesome both on and off the field.

Ed Reed is the man, plain and simple. Would break my heart to see him play somewhere else.

Leach, you are from the UK... how would you know. As far as soccer... don't blame the sport because Pussies Euros flop around like fish when they get brushed. I think the game is great.... I don't like that style of play. I'm also big hockey fan. It's a shame what's the strikes and team movement has done to the game over the years.

Did you tell him that he can do anything he wants as long as it doesn't involve playing for the Patriots?!?

Yeah I agree. I don't blame the sport. I blame how they play it. I played a lot of soccer growing up.

AWESOME Nola! Like someone said, that was all the good karma for your help!

My pal got a pic with Ed in the airport. He could not even open his eyes he was so whipped/tired out. Smiling as always though!

What a great pick Nola, all around.

    Isn't that a hockey team?

EDIT: don't mean to rub in your mishap!

As a Rangers fan I am inclined to defend him by saying that Reed is in no hurry to shake any hands or sign any autographs as he walks in prior to Ravens home games either.

Anyway, that's a great pic and Reed seems to be an awesome guy, I've met him as well. I think I am happier for him than any other player on the team that he got the SB win and the ring.

Way to go, NOLA!!! Since I met you last week, and you met Ed, can you please introduce me next time I come down to the Big Easy? I want to try to convince Ed to give a hometown discount while playing for a few more years.
