Jets Release Bart Scott

He's another Adalius Thomas, great when in the Ravens system, but terrible on his own. I can't even imagine who would pick him up."A linebacker's job is to knock out running backs, to knock out receivers, to chase the football." - Ray Lewis

Re: Jets Release Bart Scott
Bart Scott is going to have to take what he can get.
Calvin Pace may garner some interest from multiple teams. I would expect Scott to be out there for a while."When questioned, the Elders explained that they were in search of magical powers. However, they're actually searching for the whereabouts of a certain ring. This ring is a legendary treasure that long ago was known to exist"

The guy was the third best LB on that team pretty much as long as he was there.

Re: Jets Release Bart Scott
He would be a depth move. Not a good coverage Lber, IMO. But not opposed at a good price. Veteran minimum type deal, but he is a thumper.

Re: Jets Release Bart Scott
The Ravens would rather start Bynes or Carr instead of Bart Scott.

Re: Jets Release Bart Scott
Their is a group of people who watch Raven games at the Parlor on Melrose. Do you join that group? Crazy scene, lots of diehard fans. I connected with them after I moved to LA from the Denver. Nice crowd of fans.

I'll take "Overrated & Old NFL Players" for $500, Alex ....
Answer: Bart Scott and Randy Moss

Scotts not even overrated at this point in his career, everyone knows he's old and slow.
