Went for the strip with the right hand and the left just wasn't strong enough to keep hold of Pig Pen. Not entirely surprising, but entirely frustrating.

By the way, those Steelers throwback uniforms are butt-ugly -- I can see why they gave them up.

Even with the return of Ogden and Terry, the pass protection is looking very shaky so far.

1st, Ravens in the bunch, complete to Clayton for 6-7 yards.
2nd and 3, offset I, false start called on Sypniewski.
2nd and 8, Willis gets about 2-3 in the same formation.
3rd and 6, McNair pressured all around him, and the ball just goes straight to the ground. Guys on the edge took care of their men, but Flynn got beat badly.

Rossum down at the 37. Holding on the Steelers.

Steeler Schmuck, are you so disliked on your own board that you have to visit ours during a game?

Absolutely no composure against the heavy blitz packages. That just smacks of poor preparation to me. Pittsburgh aren't gonna bring out anything new for us, you've gotta know your assignments and get the line calls right.

1st, Parker up the middle for 3.
2nd and 7, quick pass to Ward, gain of 5.
3rd and 2, Scott blitzes up the middle, and it is incomplete for Washington.

    Holding Steelers, punt time.

We're actually putting together a decent rush on third downs, but not wrapping him up. They've got to finish.

So far, Parker is going nowhere.

Holy shit -- weird fumble by Reed that pops up in the air right into a Steeler's arms. It's too early to lose hope, but so far, it sure doesn't look like our night.

Wow, and the team begins to crumble on all sides.

    This is making me sick.
