Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Chargers
Well, the Texans line since they came into the league is one of the benchmarks...this line is not on pace to give up anywhere near 70+ sacks.
The Browns line before this year have always been bad.
The line here with Kipp Vickers and a rookie Bennie Anderson on the right side when Elvis was here was worse.
The line here with Ethan Brooks during the year Blake was here was bad.
The Bengals lines when they had David Klinger and Akili Smith was terrible.
Those are just the ones off the top of my head.
This line isn't good, but This is FAR from the worst I've ever seen.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Chargers
Worst losing streak in team history. We have some real serious issues.

The talent is there on the offensive line, I just think they need to mature a bit.
Get rid of Flynn, wave farewell to JO who is probably gona retire and we'll have this offseason to get the young bucks ready. This is a novel I was asked to proofread. The author is giving 10% of the profits to kidney research, which is a big deal in the Darb household. Fair warning; it's a fantasy novel, and the main characters are lesbians. It's three bucks on kindle from Amazon.http://www.amazon.com/WINDOWS-BROKEN...ken+fairy+tale

AFCN wooden spoon here we come.
How far has this team fallen? Was last year a smoke screen?
Its all about heart now to see who keeps fighting. Not that we have much of any type of punch.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Chargers
If we compared Boller and Brady to Superhero's, then Brady would be Captain America and Boller would be,ermmm, Captain Caveman.

With that Offensive Line (and I do mean OFFENSIVE) could anyone do better?
I think not.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Chargers
Thanks for the mulligan. I put Brady and Manning in a seperate class. I actually feel Manning is better than Brady. His career has seen some crummy defenses, and he's never had the line or receivers that Brady has this year. I'm not quite ready to put Romo in that class.
I still feel Boller has tons of upside, but you're never going to realize it with a crummy o-line and one really good possesion receiver.
BTW, can I at least get credit for one thing. I have been saying for years that Moss made Culpepper look a hundred times better than he actually is. Moss made a bad QB look like a pro-bowler. He's now making a great QB look like God in clete shoes.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Chargers
Manning has traditionally had a great line. It has taken a hit this year with injuries and whatnot. Really tough to say who would be better between the two of them in the same system.
