    And now an almost pick.

Wow. Another short throw in front of the 1st down marker. Awesome.

Of course, if this was Boller playing it would be all his fault.

That's a good play by Trufant.

Not a great design, not awful design, but just a good play by the DB.

That was a typical Billick play. 3rd and 5 and he calls for a 3 yard pass.

Fucking Billick!!! I hate that motherfucker!!!!

We don't know what he called. Could have been a checkdown.

It's the system. This whole offensive system stinks so bad it would knock a buzzard off a shitwagon 50 yards away.

I am going to go postal soon! Barnes was off his feet going for the tackle when Hassleback finally stepped out of bounds. There is no way he can stop. Another bullshit call!

True, but IMO, that play happened too quickly for it to be a checkdown. It looked like a designed play right from the snap.

Knock a buzzard off a shitwagon? LMAO!!

True the deeper routes could've been well covered. But on 3rd and 5 why not call a play that has all your routes go at least 5 yards.

It was a fine call. I like Barnes as a pass rushing specialist but he needs to cut down on those late hit calls.

Seriously...we have no idea as fans what is going on. What if everyone is covered and Smith checked down? Would you rather him force it? Come on and give him a break.

This is gonna be a looooong game......do you think Billick is gonna open it up in the second half?

I realize we've thrown the deep ball a couple of times, but from your own endzone doesn't really count to me......

Troy has been improvising all game it looks like. He's out there doing his own thing, fine, but you can't read anything into BB's game plan when Troy's out there playing college ball.

    Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Seahawks

It was designed to throw and run after the catch. It's a perfectly fine design, just so happened that Trufant closed quickly on a good angle and put in a great tackle not to allow yardage after contact. It was a good defensive play.

That call on Barnes on the sideline is just crap, Hasselbeck was trying to cut upfield past the block. Might as well just make it illegal to touch quarterbacks if you're gonna call that.

Nope, don't think he knows how to, seriously.

Think next year there'll bump Quin up to the number 2 stop on TE?

I think we can look to do better than Quinn. He's not really made a great deal of an impact, he's nice cover but I'm not so sure he's a viable option for consistent two TE sets.

Guys let's just face it we suck. The schedule doesn't get much better next year. With Billick still here nothing will change.

In unrelated news, anyone seen the score from the Patriots vs Dolphins game?

How the **** did we almost beat the Patriots and lose to the Dolphins?

    Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Seahawks

Seattle has been in the backfield all game. Troy is doing as good as he can. It is a miracle he has only turned the ball over once.

    Seattle 10 Ravens 0
    Officials 11 Ravens 0
    -------------------------
    Total 21 0

Yes the Ravens are not playing that well but that doesn't mean the officials can routinely screw us. I guess they have loyalty to Fagliabue.
