No Prime Time for Chiefs Game
Saw this posted on YBR but no mention of it here. On NFL.com's schedule page, it has New Orleans vs. Dallas as the 8:15 game on 12/10 instead of Ravens/Chiefs.
This is BS. We are 9-2 and proving to be one of the elite teams in the AFC and we'll get no prime time flex game. Fuck NBC. At least they'll have to show us in the playoffs.

Re: No Prime Time for Chiefs Game
CBS may well have protected the game, that's why NBC couldn't pinch the Bears-Pats game this week.

Re: No Prime Time for Chiefs Game
Even though I don't have to deal with getting home at 3 am or tolerate December frigid night air, I'd still rather not deal with fighting sleep to watch a Ravens away night game. All Ravens games should start at 1 pm!In a 2003 BBC poll that asked Brits to name the "Greatest American Ever", Mr. T
came in fourth, behind ML King (3rd), Abe Lincoln (2nd) and Homer Simpson (1st).

Re: No Prime Time for Chiefs Game
Well it can't always be that way, T. Especially when you show yourself to be an elite team. Prime time gives the team national recognition, and just could help expand the fan base to other markets who might not otherwise have access to watch live Ravens games. I mean damn, you can't stay up until 11:00 one or two nights a year?

I don't mind prime time away games, its the home games that suck.

Re: No Prime Time for Chiefs Game
Im thrilled that the game isn't gonna be at night.
We've got a bunch of people going and most are flying back Sunday night after the game.
Primetime games are overhyped and meaningless IMO.
Call me old and traditional but I'll take 16 1 o'clock games every year. I don't mind a 4:15 here and there but that's it.

Re: No Prime Time for Chiefs Game
The less national attention (up until after the AFC championship game) the better.
This team is focused
Let the media spend time on the chargers, patriots, colts -- I would rather win

Re: No Prime Time for Chiefs Game
take solace in the fact that next year, we'll get at least one or two Sunday Night Prime Time games.

Re: No Prime Time for Chiefs Game
The only prime time games I care to gain, at this point, are the playoff and SB. I don't care about prime time regular season games. I hate all the commercials, and those games seem to drag on forever.
It's a new season! It's a new day!
