I mourn what baseball has become to us
So I knew today was oepning day, but I forgot until just now. I'm not wearing orange, and my remembering, combined with an "Oh S***, I forgot it's Opening Day!" was met with a bunch of "huh?"s from my co-workers. The O's might be on the right track this year, but they have a long ways to go...this city is becoming dead to baseball. I don't want the O's to leave, but they need to do something to win us back. I think Adam Jones, Kevin Millar, and the younger O's will be able to do that, but until then, I mourn the city that has forgotten about the O's, myself included.
