Re: Ravens vs Vikings!
Since the starters only play one series next week, we could see a little more of Boller in the first half and into the second half.

Re: Ravens vs Vikings!
If he'll keep making those catches, I don't want to see him anywhere near the middle!I'd like to see him run across the middle.

Re: Ravens vs Vikings!
Moore has #1 WR potential if he can keep his head in it and make catches consistantly. He has dominating speed and the size speaks for itself. I hate watching him play most of the time, but I'd also hate seeing him go somewhere else and start dominating.

Re: Ravens vs Vikings!
Well so much for that. One look at a defender coming in, and Moore gets alligator arms again.

Re: Ravens vs Vikings!
1st, Moore drops the pass, and gets hit late. No call. There's the typical Moore ballless play.
2nd, Daniels gets about 3.
3rd and 7, Boller way underthrows Sypniewski, and he's lucky Blue didn't pick it off. Moore was 1 on 1 with a short CB, but didn't get a look.
Carter swamped on the return.

Nice punt by Araguz considering the fact that he missed practices this week.

Terrible pass coverage by the defense.

Re: Ravens vs Vikings!
1st from the 11, Mathis gets 2.
2nd and 8, Mathis gets 1-2 at most.
3rd and 8, way too much space left for the fleet Jackson to run, and gets 9-10.
1st, Jackson slings it beautifully for Carter who runs allll the way 70+ for the TD. Caught the defense unaware and thrown accurately.
20-7.

Re: Ravens vs Vikings!
Do you think we'll ever be able to return a kick or a punt without holding or illegally blocking in the back?

Re: Ravens vs Vikings!
Needless to say, there is alot of work to be done before Week 1.
They need to find a way to pipe in noise at their practices in an effort to prepare them for playing on the road. I forget what team I read about doing it, might have been a college team, they piped in noise that was at the same level as a jet engine. Honestly I don't know what else it could be. I am just miffed (lol) at how night and day the OL is home and away.''You'd love to go on the first day but I'm glad for the situation I'm in,'' he said. ''Baltimore knows how to play defense.''

Re: Ravens vs Vikings!
1st, Ross for 5.
2nd and 5, Boller dumps to Ross for a gain of 6.
1st, Boller alertly hits Sypniewski really quickly, and gets 9 because of it.
2nd and 1, Boller steps up and just books it all the way into Viking territory. Illegal use of hands on the Vikes puts 5 more at the end of it. Very nice!
1st down from the Minnesota 44, complete to Darling who immediately fumbles. He made the tackle to prevent it from going for 6, but still. You're cut, son.

I wonder if Dish Network will have any good movies on tomorrow morning? Somehow, the idea of watching the fiasco currently unfolding has little appeal.

Re: Ravens vs Vikings!
This lack of spirit play is why we cannot win road games. We are playing sloppy ball.
As for Moore, I am still not sold on him. He does not have sure hands. It is 50/50 whether or not he comes down with the catch. He could have as easily dropped those passes as he could have caught them. There is no confidence in Moore's play.
Why isn't Demetrius getting more throws? As far as I am concerned, Williams is our 3rd string receiver. Moore will probably make it because Billick is gushing over those two catches while ignoring the lack of balls catch. It's a new season! It's a new day!

Re: Ravens vs Vikings!
1st, Mathis gets 6 on the carry.
2nd and 4, Mathis loses 1 or 2. Nice pursuit.
3rd and 5, complete to Owens for 2-3.
Punt downed at the 1.

Re: Ravens vs Vikings!
The D is bailing our asses out. Hope Devard can recover from the fumble, though. He was just getting his confidence up a bit last week.
