    Newhan's back

    Newhan takes Conine's roster spot.

I don't want to jinx him, but I get the feeling, he's going to make a big splash at the end here.

    Re: Newhan's back

I don't see it. Newhan is a servicable utility player at best, and his speed is a huge asset in pinch running situations, but he's not a long-term answer to anything.

I get the feeling that he thinks he's better than he really is too with the way he cried about being sent to Triple-A last year.

I thought he made a really promising start to the year and I was crushed when he got that horrible injury. Hope he can show something positive this week to be ready for next year.
