Re: Colts at Renaissance 4pm
I'm up for a little friendly hassling of the Irsay team. Where's the Renaissance?
In a 2003 BBC poll that asked Brits to name the "Greatest American Ever", Mr. T
came in fourth, behind ML King (3rd), Abe Lincoln (2nd) and Homer Simpson (1st).

Re: Colts at Renaissance 4pm
Thanks Mobtown. This is the hotel that shares the green building with the Gallery @ Harborplace shopping center? Connects to the Pratt Street Pavillion via skywalk?
Since they would be coming in by bus, they would have to enter at street level. That should be along the hotel's side entrance: South Street, between Pratt & Lombard. In a 2003 BBC poll that asked Brits to name the "Greatest American Ever", Mr. T
came in fourth, behind ML King (3rd), Abe Lincoln (2nd) and Homer Simpson (1st).

Re: Colts at Renaissance 4pm
I guess it's time for a heavy dose of late-night phone calling to rooms at the Renaissance!

LOL, reminds me of the guy who hated telemarketers and checked into their hotel during a convention in DC. At 2:00 am he started making his own telemarketing calls to the other rooms.

Re: Colts at Renaissance 4pm
Are the players/coaches actually staying in rooms under their real names? So you could just call the hotel and ask for Dwight Freeney's room or whatever ....
Actually presumably they all unplug the phones or tell the hotel not to send any calls through ...

Re: Colts at Renaissance 4pm
Is anyone really going? I think it would be great to have a bunch of Ravens fans standing near the hotel to greet them and provide a decent jeer as soon as they get off the bus. It would set the tone for the weekend.
I'm a two minute walk from there. I may wander down.

Re: Colts at Renaissance 4pm
I had to work late and didn't make it in time, but the teevee trucks were all outside with no sign of an ambulance, so I assume they made it in alive.

Re: Colts at Renaissance 4pm
I saw this on the 11 o'clock news. Bunch of pussies. That said, I can't believe no one from the media couldn't figure out they would sneak into the back door.

Re: Colts at Renaissance 4pm
I sure hope people made some noise down there last night. Maybe a little bit of 'ring and run' or in this case 'knock and run'
