Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Patriots
1st, Brady way overthrows Aiken who was covered well by Walker.
2nd and 10, draw to Taylor to the 5.
3rd and 2, Taylor handled after 1. Pats have a choice to make, and will go for it.
4th and 1, measurement time

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Patriots
1st and goal from the 1, 2nd quarter starts, false start.
1st and goal from the 6, Ravens getting held HORRIBLY, no call. Brady scrambles and gets to the 3.
2nd and goal from the 3, Brady sneaks for the TD.
10-7 Pats.

Anyone else see the hold on Pryce? -- My GOD!!

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Patriots
Pryce gets held ridiculously all the time and it never gets held. I don't really get it. Questionable if he got in the endzone there too.
1) Doing a nice job of coverage, but they need to get to Brady more vigilantly, especially if he's going to continue quick snap counts.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Patriots
This is a novel I was asked to proofread. The author is giving 10% of the profits to kidney research, which is a big deal in the Darb household. Fair warning; it's a fantasy novel, and the main characters are lesbians. It's three bucks on kindle from Amazon.http://www.amazon.com/WINDOWS-BROKEN...ken+fairy+tale

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Patriots
This is such BS. And even when the network replays it and clear as day Pryce is being held the commentators don't mention it.
BS.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Patriots
Brady runs to the locker room.
1st, toss to Rice for 4-5. Mason is back in.
2nd and 6, complete to Heap to the Pats 49!!

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Patriots
Eh...the Ngata penalty was ticky tack...but it gets called probably 80 percent of the time no matter who the QB is.
You can't touch the QB on the head. Period.
So while it's good to get your hands up, you can't slam your arm/hands down towards the QB's head. Period. Or you will risk getting called.
It is just how the NFL is these days...like it or not.
