Harbaugh probably was going to call a timeout anyway because of the hurry up and wild cat the browns were going into. Therefore, if you are going to blow a timeout, just challenge the last play as well.

True, but just call the TO. Now you wasted a challenge. If we lucky wont have to worry about that.
