Re: GAME THREAD - Wild Card edition - Ravens/Pats

1st, Faulk tried to cut back, gets 2.
2nd and 8, give to Faulk who is tackled by Ray in the backfield for a 1 or 2 yard loss. Nice penetration old man!
3rd and 9, Brady has tons of time, complete to Faulk to the 16, but a flag flew for OPI on Moss. Nice call as he picked his man off.
3rd and 18, complete to Faulk to the 36. Short, but will they try a FG?

    They will punt.

Just need to run out the clock on this half. Get back to the locker room and regroup.

2:07 here as the Ravens start at their own 4.

1st, give to the upback McClain who gets to the 8. 2 minute warning.

Cant remember the last time the Ravens had all 3 timeouts for a two minute drive.

I'm with Cleef on this one. Just run the clock out. Now is not the time to be opening up the offense.

We need more points. The current 17 point lead just doesn't feel secure. NE always finds ways to win at home, so they have to be buried. They get the ball to start the second half.

A 92 yard run would be nice.

Willis in the backfield, would be surprised if they weren't trying to run out the clock.
2nd and 6, give to Willis for 4. Pats TO.

3rd and 2, Ngata in, Willis straight forward for about 3 and the first. Pats let it run. That will likely help!

No one else is concerned we cannot pass the ball at all? Our defense is going to get tired very soon.

I know we are up 24-7, but this is the Patriots. No one thinks they are going to adjust his half?

1st, Willis for 1-2. TO Pats with 1:09 left.
2nd and 8, Willis bruises running left but runs out of bounds. Gets about 6.
3rd and 2, 1:02 left, Willis gets the first!

That will close out the half.

Well that's the dream. But I've think we had enough dreams come true in the first quarter.
