They are meeting with Dwan Edwards, not Landry.

Re: Landry visiting with the Seahawks
Edwards definitely hasn't gone unnoticed by other teams.

Seahawks might trade for Marshall too.

Re: Landry visiting with the Seahawks
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the Seahawks are "strongly considering" signing Brandon Marshall to a restricted free agent offer sheet."It sounds like it absolutely can happen and will happen," Schefter added. Seattle appears to be the only team in the league contemplating the move. The Seahawks do have two first-round draft picks. Per restricted free agent rules, Denver would likely receive the No. 14 overall pick as compensation if Seattle meets Marshall's monetary asking price. Seahawks owner Paul Allen's pockets are undoubtedly deep enough to do so.

Re: Landry visiting with the Seahawks
Or it could be even less.......
If the Seahawks signed Marshall and the Broncos didn't match the contract, Seattle would owe Denver the No. 6 overall pick in the draft.
But that's not very likely to happen. The Seahawks and Broncos can negotiate between to send lesser trade compensation more befitting Marshall's value.
Seattle owns the No. 14 pick in the draft, which they got from Denver next year. They could use that in a possible deal. Or they could even send less.
Either way, Schefter writes Seattle is "absolutely" preparing to make a run at Marshall. There doesn't appear to be a lot of competition for Marshall, so there's no reason to think they can't make it happen.
I'm sure there will be some unhappy people around here if they get him for less than a 1st.
