    Shoutout to DAVID Reed

I had made mention this week, when discussing Bryan McCann, that I was interested to see how David Reed progressed as KR...and I was starting to get nervous when I heard that McCann took a PR back for a TD.

But man, Reed made my day on that 84 yard return. Because I could see that in his 2nd year, he probably takes that one house. He was nervous when he hit his hole, looked like he was trying to pickup blockers instead of speeding ahead. But nice moves, and he impressed me today.

To top it off, I had to laugh when I saw that he ended up leaving the game, due to....being sick? Hahahaha, he was probably sick at how close he came to returning that kick for a TD.

But props to you man, can't wait to see you blossom at the KR spot. And while you're at it, maybe you can get in at PR? Because we need help there...

That 84-yard return was a welcome change, for certain! Let's hope that was a sign of things to come, and not a one-time fluke.

I tell you what, every time he returns a kick, he has tremendous burst from what I see...may not always lead to a big return, but he's coming out blazing fast.

Yea, but we couldn't capitalize on it for a TD because of the damn pressure.

Anyway, last week the announcers said HARBs told them before the game that David
Reed will be a name you will be mentioning a lot. He is a future star.

I liked what I saw from Reed from the beginning of preseason, despite a couple of inexplicable drops in the exhibitions. He's shown he can be effective as a KR, and I retain hope he can develop into a solid WR at the pro level as well.
