GAME THREAD - Ravens/Browns
Hi all! I will be available for play by play today. Hope this one turns into as much a laugher as the Steelers game. No drama today, please.
Per AW:
Ravens scratched David Reed, Tom Zbikowski, Jason McKie, Jason Phillips, Arthur Jones, Davon Drew, Todd Heap and Lamar Divens.
Browns' scratches: Jordon Norwood, Jake Delhomme, Carlton Mitchell, Eric Alexander, Brian Sanford, Ko Quaye, Robert Royal and Jayme Mitchell
So we will see more Ellerbe, but no Reed/Heap. Rogers will play for Cleveland even though he didn't practice.

Glad Heap is sitting this one out....Need him for the Playoffs more than today.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Browns
Cribbs to the 35, not too deep and plenty of lanes to run in.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Browns
1st, Hillis straight through for 2.
2nd and 8, Hillis for another 1.5. No broken tackles, plenty of help on the edge.
3rd and 7, blitz picked up after it was telegraphed, complete to Massaqoui in front of Webb for 11

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Browns
Colt McCoy appears to be a pretty good QB. We need to contain him today.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Browns
1st, hot route to Cribbs and he gets smacked, but goes for 8. Hillis might be hurt.
2nd and 2, Bell was stopped for a loss, but Ravens again don't wrap up and he spins off for 4.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Browns
1st, underneath to Robiskie for about 6. Again, in front of Wilson. Playing too deep in general.
2nd and 4, McCoy has time, goes deep and way underthrows Massaquoi who had Webb sitting right on him, and picks it off! Down at the 2.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Browns
Robiskie was the one WR the Ravens wanted in the Oher draft
but Cleve took him in 2d round.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Browns
Webb had absolutely lock tight coverage on Massaquoi so it was a bad gamble anyway, but then McCoy's noodle arm horribly underthrew it, easy pick for Webb.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Browns
Webb looked like the intended receiver all the way.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Browns
1st, from the 4 they spot it, Rice right up the middle for 3.
2nd and 7, Rice for another 3. Inventive, this.
3rd and 4, Flac audibles from the shotgun, pass intended for Rice tipped and incomplete, he didn't wait until he got free of his man. Poor from Flacco there.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Browns
Cribbs to the 40. Ravens coverage teams doing a terrible job these first 2 kicks.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Browns
Everyone else, watch Chris Carr. THAT is how you wrap up and help tackle.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Browns
1st, give to Hillis who is back, is met right up the middle for a yard and a half. Ray was right there.
2nd and 8.5, another give to Hillis who gets off right tackle, is luckily wrapped up by Carr for about 4.
3rd and 4, swing to Watson uncovered on the sideline for 5 and a first. Blitz is being easily picked up and completely telegraphed.

Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Browns
1st, reverse to Massaquoi, throws deep for Robiskie who had Carr on him and played it completely horrible, caught for a TD. Wow.
