Cary Williams looked awesome against the 1st string, and terrible against the 2nd string. Jimmy Smith looked promising as well.

Torrey Smith was underwhelming again, as was our whole set of middle linebackers.

Between last drive and the begining of this one Tyrod Taylor to David Reed, they look as good or better than Joe Flacco to Lee Evans. Vonta Leach had a great screen pass that he pancaked the defender trying to tackle him. Kruger, Pollard, Nakamura all looked good. That is about everything.

Sorry I just joined and don't have a way to watch game. Can anyone summarize the game?

Flacco shaky
Lee Evans awesome
Cam's play calling was odd
Cary Williams extremely solid
Jimmy Smith shaky but you can see good things are coming
Webb still regressing aside from a strong presence rushing the backfield from the slot.
D-line looks like the best unit on the team. Extremely deep.
Leach was awesome
Rice looked decent
Boldin is being used as a deep threat even though he isn't one
Dickson or Pitta not very noticeable tonight
Cousins is a better guard. Played decently.
Jah Reid held his own.
Oher is still struggling.
David Reed seeing some nice action with the scrubs.
The first team defense looked like the closest thing we've seen to a Ravens defense since Rex left.

All in all more good than bad tonight. Offense isn't clicking, but Lee Evans looks like the real deal.

Oh and Ricky Williams is definitely a nice option when they want to go to the power running game.

Well if you read this thread, it should be fairly obvious that this is a team that will only win 4 games this year.


But anyway, defense looked spectacular against the Chiefs 1st string. Offensive line looked better, but not great, Vonta Leach is an animal, Joe looks a little rusty, Lee Evans is the perfect poison for this offense, and Anquan Boldin can't run a vertical route

Oh and Pernell McPhee and Paul Kruger are awesome.

Good to hear about McPhee. Seems like a real steal.
