OT Terps uniforms

O'Brien looking good with over 200 yards passing so far in the first half (minus the bad INT). I wish they would have done a better job in the redzone though, they should be up 21-7.

I like the uni's, a bit flashy - yes. Better than the old one's for sure. Like the sleeve's the D are wearing. And how bout them shoes ?
Definatley shows off the Maryland flag.
There should never be an excuse for too many men on the field because you shouldnt have problems with head counts.

As for the uniforms, they are butt ugly. But if that helps recruiting, it's worth fans having to look at ugly jerseys for a night.

Young people seem to love the unis, old people seem to hate them. It'll be a great talking point and potentially help them get recruits. So overall, its a win.

I think they're crazy but entertaining. Just because a uniform isn't what it has been for the last 20 years doesn't mean its bad. They're celebrating the state flag.

Call me nuts but I really like the helmets. I think the unis would look better if the shoulder pads and helmet alternated. Like, the gold and black checks on the rights side of the helmet and the left shoulder.

This. I can't say I personally approve of the Oregon Duckification of college football uniforms; but the recruits LOOOOOOOOOVE that stuff. Anyone who thinks that Oregon's unis have not boosted their recruiting is fooling themselves.

EDIT: I didn't see the game, but just came across pictures. Holy Crap those are ugly.

I DID NOT see this combo during their cheesy catwalk fashion show. They stole those helmets from the Charm City Roller girls:

The roller derby helmets look better.

my son said the same thing. would be interesting to see it both ways and compare

The Terps are getting manhandled in the trench on defense.. Not much of a pass rush and Miami with some big runs..

Edsall inherited a bunch of Friedgen midgets.. Hopefully in a year or two we will see some more beef on the line.
