Haruki out for a month

ANOTHER injury to the secondary. This is starting to worry me a bit.

Hey! That's way better than I expected. One of those weeks is a bye... As long as he's healthy for the Post season. In reality, between Zibby and Pollard we should be ok. Zibby has played that side a little, right?

Exactly what I was thinking. I was worried about IR. A month isn't that bad. Once Smith, Foxworth and Carr improve they can use Webb in that spot as well. This really isn't that bad as injuries go. Originally Posted by RedSkins Fury

I'm relieved this isn't an IR situation. Haruki is the kind of versatile player we need in light of a dinged up secondary. That being said, mixing in Pollard more and perhaps getting Jimmy Smith back soon will help the Ravens work it through IMO.

That injury looked bad. We'll miss him but for his sake I am glad its ONLY a month because that looked a lot worse. I had flash backs to when we lost Fabian Washington and Lardarius Webb.
It sucks when guys get hurt period but I really hate seeing it when they are in their contract year like Ruki and Grubbs.

Exactly. This hurts. Nakamura was the best cover guy of the safeties not named Reed, and having Reed play nickel would be a big waste. Originally Posted by moose10101
