What to do about Joe? (Merged)

Just throwing it out there. He is so inconsistent. He doesn't lead receivers even on short throws. Several underthrows again today. Man it's frustrating to watch him. I don't know what to think about him anymore.

4th year in the league with the most talent he has ever had, and he has regressed.

you mean cam? joe and the offense was rolling in the first half, then cam tried to run out the clock with half and hour left, run run pass. run was stuffed, left us in third and long, dickson dropped two passes on third down and the offense went out if rhythm.. Classic Cameron. We should have kept going and whopped them.

You mean Dickson I believe and this is exactly it. When receivers drop catchable balls it takes the QB out of rhythm.

OMG enough with the bullshit fucking excuses.. he has regressed simple as that.

Move along.... We still have to win despite it. I'm so tired of all the excuses that are made for him, CAM, DROPS BAD RECIEVERS.. WE GET IT. People don't understand that Solid players have bad years, or sub par seasons.

He took a step back, it happens.. Next year hopefully he takes a giant LEAP forward, but so far this season he's regressed.... Case closed Move on.

How is it Cam's fault that Dickson and Torrey dropped a number of key 3rd down passes?

You want us to throw it more so they could drop even more passes? It's not like it was they were a bunch of 3rd and longs...guys have to execute.

There was nothing wrong with the game plan today...if the guys hold onto the ball and Joe takes the FG and doesn't throw the INT, and special teams doesn't give the Browns life, this isn't a ball game.

It was Dixon not Pitta. Pitta would have caught them........ I think before anyone writes off Joe he should be seen under a different offense coordinator. Watching the playcalling today just shows me even more that Cam tries to do the bare minimum. He doesn't adjust at all when offense is struggling. Why no no huddle? Why not try doing something to create some mismatches like tossing Evans in slot. Something................. But he does nothing. He just keeps calling the same crap that's getting defended.

OMG enough with the bullshit ignoring of dropped ball..........the receivers have let Joe down plenty this year.

Nobody's saying that Joe hasn't struggled this year but to blatanly ignore the the insane amount of drops from the WR and TE's is

Okay so Cam, Droped passes, Bad recievers.

Where does Joe come into the equation people?

It is a FACT that he was rolling in the first half. It is a FACT that the playcalling became really predictable in the second half. And it is also a FACT that if not for several completely inexcusable drops Flacco's line would have been perfectly fine and we wouldn't be having this conversation.

    How are those excuses?

He doesn't and never will in some folks mind. Funny thing is the offense we couldnt force to punt all game last week, is the same system we run. But they will blame this system and not the personnel executing the system on the field.
