Thread: BUF/NE game

There is now a decent chance Cincy gets in as the #6 seed after we beat them.

They get in (assuming Jets don't miracle a comeback) if either Denver or Oakland or both lose.

Yeah, I would marshal some energy to get pissed at the Bills, but we could've just beaten Jacksonville instead.

Looking like rex has plenty of time to concentrate on some feet in the off season which begins today.

What about the Titans? They are leading the Texans. If Cincy loses, don't the Titans get in the playoffs?

Titans get in only if the Titans win (and looks like they will) and BOTH Oak and Denver win.

Titans lost to Cincy this year so they lose any 2-way tiebreaker to Cincy (at 9-7)

Only way they can get in is if both Oak and Denver finish 9-7 (Denver would win division, Oakland would make a 3-way tie with Cincy and Tenn, which Tenn wins)

Titans really needed the Jets to win. If that had happened then they would have gotten in as long as Oak and Denver BOTH DIDN'T win. It was really strange, but true; depending on what the Jets did, Tenn either wanted both West teams to win or needed them both not to win.

Man the post game and later Rex Ryan interviews should be awesome.

I hope this crappy Titans team doesn't get in the playoffs.

Wow anyone see the Texans blow that 2nd point conversion?

Heh, makes sense to go for 2, but I didn't see the play (them blowing it)

First they had a false start...decided to still go for it from the 8...shotgun formation, center snaps the ball over the QB's head

The center snapped it over Delhomme's head. One of the most woeful plays you'll ever see. I was rooting for TEN to blow it because they looked really undeserving of the 6 seed. The sad part is that Houston is in such disarray that the 6 seed probably gets a free trip to New England.
