Thank Tebow! Really didn't want us to have to face Brees in the dome in Indy. The only machup I didnt think we could win.

I think it's possible to say that NO was legitimately a great team this year. Just because you can get beat on the road by another very good (maybe great) team doesn't mean you're suddenly bad. If I were a NO fan I'd be grouchy that my team went 13-3 and it wasn't good enough for a bye week. (In the AFC it was enough for home-field throughout.)

If you're the Giants you need that sort of irrational confidence if you're going to win, so I'm not really offended by it. Anyway, it should all come crashing to earth by about 8 pm tonight.

The media has fallen into this trap of an idea that if you do not have a 4,500 yard passing quarterback, you don't have a quarterback that can make the throws when he is asked to.

The reality is that New Orleans never offered anything that could significantly hinder Alex Smith on defense.

Well, to be entirely honest about it, Smith definitely missed some throws throughout the game that better QBs would have made.

Really NO lost more because they turned it over 5 times, and for some reason failed to adequately account for the only real threat SF has in the passing game, than a systmatic defensive failure.

I picked the 9ers and watched the entire game - very entertaining. Alex Smith played the game of his professional career. And that defense can swarm!

If the Ravens win today and get up to NE, anything is possible.

I live in a Holiday Inn express. Seriously. My college bought a holiday inn for living spaces...
