    Yup.

Sounds like he said Cam is our OC (which is true) I didn't hear he will definitely be here next year.

I think that comment also refers to special teams, which were horrible pretty much all year.

Well, maybe regarding their relationship with eachother it was a success? They don't have to like each other, but if they can work with each other then that's what is the important thing.

"Cam Cameron will be back in Baltimore for another season.

The Ravens announced Friday that they have signed Cameron to an extension after already serving as the Ravens’ offensive coordinator for four years.

Cameron’s return will keep some continuity among the Ravens’ assistant coaches. Baltimore lost Defensive Coordinator Chuck Pagano to the Colts this offseason, but Cameron will be back to lead the offense that came within seconds of reaching the Super Bowl.

Cameron’s contract was set to expire this offseason. "

    Yea, I didn't either.

The only thing I heard was that he's the coordinator right now, John's not sure about Cam's contract, and that Dean Pees is the new DC.

This is what I was expecting and I'm damn proud they didn't cave to the mob mentality. There are some solid coaches on this staff

Re: 11 am press conference (about coaching staff)

Continuity can never be overlooked. By any objective measure, the Ravens have had a successful season, which just fell short of the SB. To go into 2012 with two new coordinators would be irresponsible. I think more important than replacing the OC is fixing the holes in the OL and solving the receiver drop problems. Perhaps draft another receiver. Give Flacco the weapons that he deserves. That and fixing special teams. No changes needed on D. The Ravens are really that close to going over the hump, you do not want to make too many changes at this point.

On a positive side. I really like Pees, at least personality.

I'd be shocked if after this PC, Cam gets replaced. Harbaugh is king of coach speak, but I think he would've worded things a bit different or just said no comment.

It's just wishful thinking for those of you who want Cam gone.

This is on the official site now, looks like we are stuck with this weight around our necks for at least one more year.

I wonder if anyone will ask about how much Brooks was considered and if they think he'll leave for Indy. Brooks is at the PC though, so probably not a good topic to broach.

i feel worse today than i did after the game the other day! did harbaugh say that he will be more involved with the offense again??? both these guys are jokes!

Re: 11 am press conference (about coaching staff)

I don't think the staff needs to be gutted, but I just have a hard time believing the offense is going to do anything more underneath the same guys.

Im not saying Cam will or wont be back i just dont think its as easy as Harbs saying everyone will be back. Biscuit is close to having to make a substantial financial commitment to Joe and he's gonna need to be comfortable with the architect of the offense.
