We were listening to one of the local high school games a few weeks ago and it started raining at the field.

The announcer actually said, "There's not a lot of water in that rain."

His co-announcer earned a lot of respect by responding, "What the heck are you talking about? It's rain. It's full of water."
This is a novel I was asked to proofread. The author is giving 10% of the profits to kidney research, which is a big deal in the Darb household. Fair warning; it's a fantasy novel, and the main characters are lesbians. It's three bucks on kindle from Amazon.http://www.amazon.com/WINDOWS-BROKEN...ken+fairy+tale

There was also a great part about a receiver catching the ball with his hands. Those guys are brilliant

I'll take Theisman over Kornheiser any day though. Good lord, I wanted to throw the remote at the TV every time he mentioned the field. He had something to say about it in every goddamned possession. "Reggie Bush can't make the cuts he likes because of the field" or "Michael Vick loses some running ability because of the field". Argh!

whats wrong with that. Some Wr's let the ball hit them in the chest and try to trap it.

There is nothing wrong with a guy sayin go up and catch it with your hands

No, that was Joe Theesman, and then Tony cracked up like a 10 yr. old boy... couldn't stop... But I hate to disagree with the one person ...note only one...who likes theasman. He's just awful!! He sucks up to everybody, even contradicting himself in the process.. He's just awful! There's no other way to say it! I think if they replaced him with someone credible, the entire crew would benefit!!!!!
