I thought the objective of throwback jerseys was to create something people would want to buy.

Just awful. The throwbacks they've been wearing the last few seasons were alright by me. But these, and the similar style throwbacks they wore in the mid-90s...no, just no.

Rooney wants to keep switching up the throwbacks to get more sales, but there problem is that there's just not a lot to choose from.

These abominations are from 1934, and they wore the equally ugly 1933 unis back in the 90s. For the most part, the rest are all the same uniform with slight variations here and there.

When they said they were going to unveil a new throwback this season, I thought for sure it would be the 1967 style (which isn't that bad, aside from all the players looking like superheroes). Wasn't expecting this. Can't wait to watch these on national TV.

If their goal is to sell these things to fans they're going to fail. I doubt it's to remember the first 40 years of the teams history when they were the worst franchise in the NFL.
