Boller back in Baltimore??
Just saw this on Twitter from Jason La Canfora, "Ravens working out QBs Kyle Boller and Dennis Dixon Thurs. The prospect of Boller back in B-More will be gold for local sports radio hosts. Boller is a former Ravens 1st round pick who engendered a fair amount of fan emotion during his stint with them. Dixon was Big Ben's backup."
Would the Ravens really take a chance in bringing Boller back?Pffffff! I trust wikipedia more than the NFL. If anyone would know football, it is clearly wikipedia.

Re: Boller back in Baltimore??
It's probably a pre draft thing. You know, to motivate them so nothing like picking Boller ever happens again!

Re: Boller back in Baltimore??
I think it's obvious the team is thinking about maybe adding a 3rd QB.
I wouldn't be opposed to Boller as our 3rd QB.

Festivus
His definitions and arguments were so clear in his own mind that he was unable to understand how any reasonable person could honestly differ with him.

Re: Boller back in Baltimore??
Dude, I just choked on my V8 reading this thread. I guess if something (God forbid) happened to Joe that knocked him out for a few games, our season would probably be toast anyway. At least Boller has NFL experience.

I have zero issue with this. He's always been a good back up option.
I wish him good luck.WARNING: This post may contain material offensive to those who lack wit, humor, common sense and/or supporting factual or anecdotal evidence. I would have no issues with Boller as a backup. However, given a choice I would prefer to roll the dice with Dixon. He impressed me when he started for Pittsburgh against us and nearly beat us. healthy, he might be a good 2nd QB

Re: Boller back in Baltimore??
Let's see, my first wife, who I despised and she cheated on me, is back in town. It was several years ago, so memories fade. Perhaps she's not as bad as I thought (?) Maybe I should give her a second chance (?) Even though she "dated" my next door neighbor, couldn't cook or clean the house, and emptied my checkbook... is it feasible that she has changed for the better? Hmmmmmmmmmm... Bc

Re: Boller back in Baltimore??
With this I agree.
Boller seems to be the kind of guy who would be perfectly content to hold a clipboard, and he isn't the kind of guy to be anything but a team player. I think he's a first class guy, but not a first class player. He is certainly not an NFL-caliber starting QB, but what 3rd stringer is? In reality, if the Ravens had to rely on a 3rd stringer, the season is toast anyway.

Re: Boller back in Baltimore??
No problem in principle.
Problem with the Boller forum warriors inevitable re-surfacing and all that comes with it though. But that's an aside.

Re: Boller back in Baltimore??
Wouldn't oppose him as a third string guy. It would seriously be pretty funny if they actually signed him though.
