On one hand I think he could be worth a look from the Ravens as a UDFA, maybe the wake up call would light a fire in him, and the price is certainly right. OTOH, him continuing down the road he's on is probably more likely. I dunno. I guess we'll see who take a chance on him after the draft ends.

Unbelievable. He cost himself millions of dollars by being an idiot. I have been defending Burfict for months, but this is the last straw. All he had to do was stay in shape, stay clean, and get some coaching on how to handle the interviews at the Combine, and he would have been a first round pick. It's not like anyone expected him to be a rocket scientist, but this dude has gotten to the point where boxes of rocks are screaming, "Stop comparing us to Vontaze Burfict!".

You're probably right. As an UDFA, he will present minimal financial risk for a team.

if he goes UDFA, its likely he will be here. theres obvious potential and need and we have a history of getting UDFA paid in future contracts. I wouldnt be opposed to having him be a camp body and see what he can do but even then its questionable.

I don't recall the Ravens ever bringing in a player who sabotaged himself before the draft. Guys who've made mistakes earlier in school, yes, but not somebody who quite clearly doesn't get it.
